We recommend wearing comfortable shoes suitable for walking outdoors, as well as light clothing. During the rainy season, please bring appropriate rain gear. You may also consider bringing mosquito repellent if needed.
❌ Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations are possible up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. A full refund (minus transfer fees) will be issued. After this period, a 70% refund will be provided.
💳 Are cancellations refundable?
Cancellations made within the required timeframe are eligible for a refund or a rescheduling of the visit. After this deadline, a 100% refund cannot be guaranteed.
🔁 Can I modify my booking?
Changes (date, number of participants) are possible depending on availability, provided you contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
🚫 What happens in case of no-show?
If you do not attend the visit on the scheduled day without prior notice, the service will be considered due and will not be refundable.
